We’ll I revamped my website the other day. Threw up a new theme and modified it to my liking. Also uploaded some (old) pictures to flickr and added a widget on the right side to display them. Gunna try to start taking more pictures since I hardly have any.

So it seems I am the only one in the world left without a blog. So I decided to bite the bullet, pull down my boring, static, never updated webpage, and put up a flashy new blog.

I took a little time to search what would work best for me, I’m fairly decent with HTML/CSS, but I wanted something that would do most of the work for me. I also wanted something that was going to be relatively easy to update, so I wouldnt have to jump through hoops and restore backups when stuff breaks. Security was a MAJOR concern, any tech savvy person like myself always has that in the back of their mind.

To make a long story short, I ended up with WordPress. Setup was relatively easy, and I managed to find a theme I liked with a few modification.

Now the real question is, will I take the time to update it on a regular basis? We shall see..
